Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers in 1 business day (order by 2pm EST for same-day processing). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express ($12.99) and Overnight ($24.99) shipping are also available at checkout. Free shipping applies automatically when your order total meets the threshold.

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. Simply email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

For exchanges, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll process the exchange subject to availability and ship the new item once we receive the original. Exchange shipping is covered by MUN Europe for defective items; a $5.99 return label fee applies for size exchanges.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange. Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You can track your package on the respective carrier's website. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at [email protected].

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's SSL-encrypted platform. We never store your payment information on our servers.

Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We plan to expand international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself with a soft tape measure and comparing to our size chart. When between sizes, size up for a relaxed European fit or size down for a more tailored silhouette.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll immediately send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping is fully covered by us in these cases.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting [email protected]. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified. You may still return the item within 30 days of delivery following our standard return process.

Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after it arrives at our facility), we'll process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Most of our clothing fits true to size with a slightly relaxed European silhouette. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page and reading the product description for specific fit notes. For oversized styles (like our Milano Tee), they are intentionally oversized — you may want to size down if you prefer a more fitted look.
