Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Overnight orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST to guarantee next-day delivery. Express and Overnight shipping is not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more (after any discounts, before taxes). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order total meets the threshold. Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only via Standard Shipping.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx website using the provided number.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please: (1) Check with neighbors or building management; (2) Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number; (3) Wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes scanned before delivery. If after 48 hours you still have not received your package, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. MUN Europe is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, MUN Europe ships within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We plan to expand international shipping in the future. Join our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
