Return & Refund Policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed — items show no signs of use or wear
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • In original packaging, if applicable
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any form of damage
  • Not marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery date
  • Gift cards
  • Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing tags

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack your item(s) securely and drop the package off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location using the provided label.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return (2–3 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, a $5.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of inspection
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card)
  • Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 additional business days to post the credit to your account

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping is fully covered by MUN Europe in these cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our notification, first check your bank account or PayPal balance. Then contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
